1. Who we are

This site is run by Meteors Ltd., which provides Employer of Record, payroll, and related employment services in Bangladesh, India, and Pakistan.

2. What these terms cover

These terms govern your use of this website. They are not the contract for our services.

If you engage us to employ someone on your behalf, that relationship is set out in a separate written service agreement covering scope, fees, notice, liability, and data protection. Where this page and that agreement differ, the service agreement wins.

3. Using this site

You may read our pages, download what we publish for your own business use, and send us enquiries. Please do not:

• send false information through our forms, or submit an enquiry on someone else’s behalf without their knowledge,
• scrape, copy, or republish our content at scale,
• attempt to break into, overload, or interfere with the site,
• use the site to send spam or anything unlawful.

Our forms are protected against automated submissions. Repeated abuse may lead to your access being blocked.

4. Prices, timelines, and the calculator

The figures published on this site, including monthly fees, entity setup costs, onboarding times, and anything produced by the employee cost calculator, are estimates for planning purposes. They are not an offer and they do not form a contract.

Real costs depend on the country, the role, the salary, the employee’s status, and statutory rates that governments change without much notice. Onboarding times depend on how quickly documents and approvals come through, and some of that sits with authorities rather than with us.

We keep the published rates current to the best of our knowledge, and we will correct an error when we find one. We cannot promise the site is free of mistakes.

5. Our content is not professional advice

We publish guides on hiring, labour law, tax, and compliance across South Asia. These are written to help you understand how things work in general. They are not legal, tax, accounting, or immigration advice, and reading them does not make you our client.

Law in these three countries changes often. Before you act on anything you read here, check it against your own circumstances with a qualified adviser, or ask us directly so we can look at your specific case.

6. Enquiries and forms

Sending us an enquiry does not create a contract or oblige either of us to go further. We may reply with questions, a quotation, or a note that we are not the right fit.

Please use a work email you actually control, and give us figures that reflect what you are really planning. A quotation built on wrong inputs helps nobody.

7. Our content and brand

The text, page designs, guides, calculator, and the Meteors name and logo belong to Meteors Ltd. or are used with permission.

You may quote short passages with a credit and a link back. You may not copy whole pages, republish our guides, or use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you or that you are part of Meteors.

Photographs on the site come from stock libraries and remain the property of their photographers.

8. Links to other sites

We link to government bodies, regulators, and other organisations where it helps. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for what is on them. A link is not an endorsement.

9. Availability

We try to keep the site up and correct, but we do not guarantee it will always be available or error free. We may change, move, or withdraw any page without telling you first.

The site is provided as it stands, without warranties of any kind beyond those the law gives you and that cannot be excluded.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss that follows from your use of this site, including lost profit, lost business, or decisions made on the strength of the estimates and guides published here.

Nothing here limits our liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Liability arising from our actual services is dealt with in the service agreement, not here.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Dhaka have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

If you are a consumer in another country, this does not take away rights you have under the mandatory law of the place where you live.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update this page as the site and our services change. The date at the top shows the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
